![]() Tede Forman is responsible for both the Product Management and IT organizations at iPay Technologies. This includes new and strategic development and oversight in our product suite, our company’s software development, IT infrastructure management, information security and IT governance functions. more » Mr. Forman brings over 25+ years of IT and product leadership experience, most recently serving in senior executive roles at Wal-Mart, WellPoint, and Humana as well as 10+ years in the financial services industry. Tede Forman graduated from the University of Kentucky, he received PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), he also served as the President and Vice President of the Kentuckiana Chapter of PMI, as well as being a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
Ms. Fripp’s principal focus is to continuously review and strengthen iPay’s control structure and search for ways to mitigate fraud. Her role also supports Human Resources and Learning & Development by providing leadership, employee training and development, performance tools, and systems. These initiatives help enable iPay employees in their efforts to deliver exceptional customer service. Ms. Fripp’s contributions also help to position iPay Technologies as an employer of choice in the financial services industry.
Ms. Fripp was one of three original employees of “Call Me Bill,” iPay’s predecessor, and Military Services Inc., a bill pay service targeted to active duty military personnel. Ms. Fripp graduated with honors from Sullivan University.
Before joining iPay, Mr. Hooper was Vice President and Product Line Manager for Mellon Global Cash Management’s (GCM’s) suite of electronic payment products. This included ACH, wire transfer, EIPP and GCM’s strategic alliances. Prior to joining GCM, Mr. Hooper held a variety of positions at Mellon since 1979.
Mr. Hooper has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Gannon College and holds a Masters of Science degree in Mathematics from Carnegie-Mellon University.
She is responsible for delivering next generation bill pay innovations through developing enhancements based on continuous input and feedback from the iPay financial institution customer base and industry trends, and increase product awareness by developing relationships with key industry analysts and publications.
Ms. Roth brings to iPay over 20 years of experience in banking and financial services, and before joining iPay she served as a research director in TowerGroup’s Global Payments practice. At TowerGroup, she focused on bill presentment and payment across multiple delivery channels, consumer funds transfer, ecommerce payment providers and payment processing infrastructures. Before joining TowerGroup, Ms. Roth served as managing director at Online Resources and vice president of product management at Princeton eCom. There she guided strategic product direction and coordinated product delivery for the electronic bill presentment and payment suite, electronic lockbox and concentration service, and the online bill payment remittance processing service. Ms. Roth received her MBA from Monmouth University and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Rutgers University. She is a Certified Treasury Professional and participates in NACHA’s Council for Electronic Billing and Payment.
Mr. Sosnowski brings over 15 years of banking and financial services leadership experience to iPay Technologies. His experience includes multiple senior leadership roles at Chase and National City. He has extensive experience streamlining payment processes within lockbox operations, deposit operations, statement rendering, and item processing.
Mr. Sosnowski received his MBA from the University of Louisville with a concentration in entrepreneurship. He also earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky with business honors in marketing and economics.
Ms. Vick also helps to ensure that iPay clients are provided with world-class consultation and care throughout the conversion and implementation process. In addition, she makes certain that financial institutions and their customers get fast resolution to questions or concerns through the contact center.
Ms. Vick has been with iPay since 2002, and has worked in nearly all departments within iPay to ensure a quality experience for all financial institutions. Ms. Vick graduated from the University of North Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. |

Greg Adelson is President of iPay Technologies and oversees business strategy development, implementation and execution. Mr. Adelson has over 15 years of electronic payment experience in credit card, check acceptance, pre-paid and bill payment. 
With over 18 years of bill pay experience, Ms. Fripp’s extensive knowledge of all facets of the bill payment business is essential to iPay Technologies’ ongoing success. Her ability to thrive in a service-oriented and highly specialized market has proven to be a great asset to iPay customers.
Steve Hooper manages iPay’s overall strategy in all facets of payment processing. He is responsible for expanding iPay’s leadership position within the bill payment industry through customer satisfaction, creative product solutions, and financial performance.
As the Senior Vice President of Product Management, Jennifer Roth leads strategic product development initiatives within the small business and consumer online bill pay solutions.
Andy Sosnowski oversees the customer support organization and is responsible for ensuring world-class customer satisfaction and efficient payment processing. Prior to his appointment to Senior Vice President, Mr. Sosnowski served as Vice President of Payment Operations.
Ms. Vick has more than 20 years of banking and management experience. She ensures that Payment Operations run efficiently to promote timeliness and cost savings. 

Mr. Adelson received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas State University and completed postgraduate coursework at University of Houston.
