Bill Ready, President
Bill Ready is President of iPay Technologies and oversees corporate strategy and execution. Prior to his appointment as President, Mr. Ready served as iPay’s Chief Financial Officer and led iPay’s strategic planning, finance, accounting, treasury, and business intelligence functions. more »
Mr. Ready earned his MBA from the Harvard Business School where he was an honors recipient. He also earned bachelor’s degrees with highest honors in business administration, information systems, and finance from the University of Louisville.
Kathy Fripp, Senior Vice President, Risk & Administration
With over 18 years of bill pay experience, Ms. Fripp’s extensive knowledge of all facets of the bill payment business is essential to iPay Technologies’ ongoing success. Her ability to thrive in a service-oriented and highly specialized market has proven to be a great asset to iPay customers. more »
Ms. Fripp was one of three original employees of “Call Me Bill,” iPay’s predecessor, and Military Services Inc., a bill pay service targeted to active duty military personnel.
Ms. Fripp graduated with honors from Sullivan University.
Alix Hoffman, Senior Vice President, Sales
Mr. Hoffman is responsible for managing iPay Technologies sales organizations, to include direct sales and existing client sales as well as sales operations and lead generation.

Before joining iPay Technologies, Mr. Hoffman operated his own consulting practice, and held senior management positions with both CheckFree and Princeton eCom.
Before joining Princeton eCom, Mr. Hoffman served in senior positions for Home Account Network, Inc., Electronic Commerce Systems, Inc., and BISYS, Inc. He began his career with NCR and later moved to Servantis Systems, Inc., prior to its acquisition by CheckFree.
Mr. Hoffman has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
Steve Hooper, AAP, CTP, Senior Vice President, Payment Strategy
Steve Hooper manages iPay’s overall strategy in all facets of payment processing. He is responsible for expanding iPay’s leadership position within the bill payment industry through customer satisfaction, creative product solutions, and financial performance.

James Hyde, Senior Vice President, Direct Sales
Mr. Hyde is responsible for leading the direct sales organization in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and further expand iPay’s market share. Mr. Hyde joined iPay in 2005 and was previously the Senior Vice President of Business Development. more »

Dr. Priya Jakatdar, Senior Vice President, Technology
Priya Jakatdar is responsible for the company’s Information Technology function, including IT strategy and vision and end-to-end service delivery to meet market expectations of quality and scalability. In this capacity, the company’s product architecture, design, software development, production support and security and governance groups report to Dr. Jakatdar. more »

Jennifer Roth, Senior Vice President, Product Management
As the Senior Vice President of Product Management, Jennifer Roth leads strategic product development initiatives within the small business and consumer online bill pay solutions.

Ms. Roth brings to iPay over 20 years of experience in banking and financial services, and before joining iPay she served as a research director in TowerGroup’s Global Payments practice. At TowerGroup, she focused on bill presentment and payment across multiple delivery channels, consumer funds transfer, ecommerce payment providers and payment processing infrastructures.
Before joining TowerGroup, Ms. Roth served as managing director at Online Resources and vice president of product management at Princeton eCom. There she guided strategic product direction and coordinated product delivery for the electronic bill presentment and payment suite, electronic lockbox and concentration service, and the online bill payment remittance processing service.
Ms. Roth received her MBA from Monmouth University and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Rutgers University. She is a Certified Treasury Professional and participates in NACHA’s Council for Electronic Billing and Payment.
Kelli Schultz, Senior Vice President, Business Development
In her role as Senior Vice President, Business Development, Ms. Schultz is responsible for developing new technology partnerships with industry leaders and cultivating existing strategic alliances. more »
Ms. Schultz has been with iPay from its inception, and was also employed by iPay’s predecessor, “Call Me Bill.”
Ms. Schultz attended Western Kentucky University and the University of Louisville studying business management, employee learning and development and performing arts.
Kelly Vick, Senior Vice President, Operations
Ms. Vick has more than 20 years of banking and management experience. She ensures that Payment Operations run efficiently to promote timeliness and cost savings.

Ms. Vick has been with iPay since 2002, and has worked in nearly all departments within iPay to ensure a quality experience for all financial institutions. Ms. Vick graduated from the University of North Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Tracey Weinberg, Senior Vice President, Marketing
At iPay Technologies, Tracey Weinberg is responsible for developing and leading efforts to increase customer adoption and retention of online bill payment within the end user base of iPay’s financial institution customers and introducing product enhancements that improve the customer’s online experience. more »

Ms. Bowers received the Ernst & Young’s 2009 Entrepreneur of the Year award. She graduated magna cum-laude from Embry-Riddle University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
