Dana A. Bowers, Founder

Dana A. BowersMs. Bowers is a founder of iPay and a member of the board of directors. She previously served as the company’s President and CEO. Ms. Bowers has nearly 30 years of experience in financial services and technology.

She served as Vice President and General Manager in the bill payment division of a publicly-held internet banking company in Atlanta. Ms. Bowers also served as President and CEO of Call Me Bill, iPay’s predecessor. She was the founder of Military Services, Inc., a third-party bill payment service for active duty military personnel.

Ms. Bowers received the Ernst & Young’s 2009 Entrepreneur of the Year award. She graduated magna cum-laude from Embry-Riddle University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

C. Michael Bowers, Founder

C. Michael BowersMr. Bowers is a founder of iPay and a member of the board of directors along with his wife, Dana. Since iPay’s founding in 2001, he has served as Chairman and Chief Financial Officer. more »

Mr. Bowers has over 30 years of service in the banking industry. Before forming iPay, he served in various executive capacities with Netzee in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Bowers was President and CEO of Dyad Corporation, a developer of financial institution software and technology. Other previous roles include work with Evans, Porter, Bryan & Co., First Tennessee Bank N.A., First City Bank of New Orleans, LA, and Union National Bank in Little Rock, AR.

Mr. Bowers earned a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from Louisiana State University.

Bill Ready, President

Bill ReadyBill Ready is President of iPay Technologies and oversees corporate strategy and execution. Prior to his appointment as President, Mr. Ready served as iPay’s Chief Financial Officer and led iPay’s strategic planning, finance, accounting, treasury, and business intelligence functions. more »

Before joining iPay, Mr. Ready was a management and strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company in Chicago. At McKinsey, he served financial institutions and financial services companies in the U.S. and Asia/Pacific on a wide range of both strategic and operational issues. Prior to McKinsey & Company, Mr. Ready held multiple leadership positions in software and product development with Humana and the bill payment division of Netzee.

Mr. Ready earned his MBA from the Harvard Business School where he was an honors recipient. He also earned bachelor’s degrees with highest honors in business administration, information systems, and finance from the University of Louisville.

Kathy Fripp, Senior Vice President, Risk & Administration

Kathy FrippWith over 18 years of bill pay experience, Ms. Fripp’s extensive knowledge of all facets of the bill payment business is essential to iPay Technologies’ ongoing success. Her ability to thrive in a service-oriented and highly specialized market has proven to be a great asset to iPay customers. more »

Ms. Fripp’s principal focus is to continuously review and strengthen iPay’s control structure and search for ways to mitigate fraud. Her role also supports Human Resources and Learning & Development by providing leadership, employee training and development, performance tools, and systems. These initiatives help enable iPay employees in their efforts to deliver exceptional customer service. Ms. Fripp’s contributions also help to position iPay Technologies as an employer of choice in the financial services industry.

Ms. Fripp was one of three original employees of “Call Me Bill,” iPay’s predecessor, and Military Services Inc., a bill pay service targeted to active duty military personnel.

Ms. Fripp graduated with honors from Sullivan University.

Alix Hoffman, Senior Vice President, Sales

Alix HoffmanMr. Hoffman is responsible for managing iPay Technologies sales organizations, to include direct sales and existing client sales as well as sales operations and lead generation.

Mr. Hoffman brings nearly 30 years of banking and Internet-based financial services experience to iPay Technologies.

Before joining iPay Technologies, Mr. Hoffman operated his own consulting practice, and held senior management positions with both CheckFree and Princeton eCom.

Before joining Princeton eCom, Mr. Hoffman served in senior positions for Home Account Network, Inc., Electronic Commerce Systems, Inc., and BISYS, Inc. He began his career with NCR and later moved to Servantis Systems, Inc., prior to its acquisition by CheckFree.

Mr. Hoffman has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.

Steve Hooper, AAP, CTP, Senior Vice President, Payment Strategy

Steve HooperSteve Hooper manages iPay’s overall strategy in all facets of payment processing. He is responsible for expanding iPay’s leadership position within the bill payment industry through customer satisfaction, creative product solutions, and financial performance.

Before joining iPay, Mr. Hooper was Vice President and Product Line Manager for Mellon Global Cash Management’s (GCM’s) suite of electronic payment products. This included ACH, wire transfer, EIPP and GCM’s strategic alliances. Prior to joining GCM, Mr. Hooper held a variety of positions at Mellon since 1979.

Mr. Hooper has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Gannon College and holds a Masters of Science degree in Mathematics from Carnegie-Mellon University.

James Hyde, Senior Vice President, Direct Sales

James HydeMr. Hyde is responsible for leading the direct sales organization in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and further expand iPay’s market share. Mr. Hyde joined iPay in 2005 and was previously the Senior Vice President of Business Development. more »

Before joining iPay, he served as a Software Sales Specialist for Bankers System, Inc, in Chicago, IL, and as a National Sales Executive at Information Technology Incorporated (ITI) in Lincoln, NE.

Mr. Hyde holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska, an Associate of Applied Science Degree from SCC in Milford, NE, and spent time with Up With People, a multi-dimensional, education-by-travel program.

Dr. Priya Jakatdar, Senior Vice President, Technology

Dr. Priya JakatdarPriya Jakatdar is responsible for the company’s Information Technology function, including IT strategy and vision and end-to-end service delivery to meet market expectations of quality and scalability. In this capacity, the company’s product architecture, design, software development, production support and security and governance groups report to Dr. Jakatdar. more »

Dr. Jakatdar has over 20 years of professional experience in the IT, telecom, cellular carrier, product development and infrastructure management space. Most recently, as Vice President at Convergys Corp, he was responsible for the engineering and deployment of the company’s global IT infrastructure. Prior to this, Dr. Jakatdar led technology development at ConvergeLabs, Nortel Networks and NYNEX and cellular carrier infrastructure at Essar Cellphone.

Dr. Jakatdar has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.

Jennifer Roth, Senior Vice President, Product Management

She is responsible for delivering next generation bill pay innovations through developing enhancements based on continuous input and feedback from the iPay financial institution customer base and industry trends, and increase product awareness by developing relationships with key industry analysts and publications.

Ms. Roth brings to iPay over 20 years of experience in banking and financial services, and before joining iPay she served as a research director in TowerGroup’s Global Payments practice. At TowerGroup, she focused on bill presentment and payment across multiple delivery channels, consumer funds transfer, ecommerce payment providers and payment processing infrastructures.

Before joining TowerGroup, Ms. Roth served as managing director at Online Resources and vice president of product management at Princeton eCom. There she guided strategic product direction and coordinated product delivery for the electronic bill presentment and payment suite, electronic lockbox and concentration service, and the online bill payment remittance processing service.

Ms. Roth received her MBA from Monmouth University and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Rutgers University. She is a Certified Treasury Professional and participates in NACHA’s Council for Electronic Billing and Payment.

Kelli Schultz, Senior Vice President, Business Development

In her previous role as Senior Vice President, Premier Accounts, Ms. Schultz was responsible for the optimization and retention of iPay’s largest client relationships.

Ms. Schultz has been with iPay from its inception, and was also employed by iPay’s predecessor, “Call Me Bill.”

Ms. Schultz attended Western Kentucky University and the University of Louisville studying business management, employee learning and development and performing arts.

Kelly Vick, Senior Vice President, Operations

Kelly VickMs. Vick has more than 20 years of banking and management experience. She ensures that Payment Operations run efficiently to promote timeliness and cost savings.

Ms. Vick also helps to ensure that iPay clients are provided with world-class consultation and care throughout the conversion and implementation process. In addition, she makes certain that financial institutions and their customers get fast resolution to questions or concerns through the contact center.

Ms. Vick has been with iPay since 2002, and has worked in nearly all departments within iPay to ensure a quality experience for all financial institutions. Ms. Vick graduated from the University of North Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Tracey Weinberg, Senior Vice President, Marketing

Tracey WeinbergAt iPay Technologies, Tracey Weinberg is responsible for developing and leading efforts to increase customer adoption and retention of online bill payment within the end user base of iPay’s financial institution customers and introducing product enhancements that improve the customer’s online experience. more »

Ms. Weinberg brings over 13 years of marketing and ecommerce experience to iPay Technologies. Most recently she served as the Senior Director of Customer Relationship Management at Orbitz Worldwide. At Orbitz, she developed strategies to increase customer value, acquisition and retention, and managed the market research and analytics divisions. Prior to joining Orbitz, Ms. Weinberg was a management consultant with ZS Associates and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Ms. Weinberg received her MBA from The Kellogg School at Northwestern University and a BS from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
