The implementation process in five simple steps.

Step 1     Kickoff

• The Kickoff Call starts the process
• Together we’ll walk through the completion of the Starter Pack
• The Starter Pack organizes all key decisions regarding
  your conversion

Step 2     Configure

• Another way we work together is through total system integration, because iPay is open source, which means we work with any online banking provider
• During the Configure step you gather and send the data files
• Then the iPay implementation team handles the back end

Step 3     Training

• Training calls bring our teams together to prepare for success
• Training includes everything from product training to marketing and transition communications to your customers

Step 4     Pre-Launch

• For conversions, iPay conducts a live data simulation “Mock System” before launch, just to make sure everything is ready to go live for your institution
• We also provide a helpful Prepare to Launch packet with three email templates to notify customers of the switch at 30 days prior, 2 weeks prior and day before
• iPay will work with you to identify potential small businesses that currently use your consumer product and have typical business spending patterns
• We then help you move theses businesses to the right solution with marketing communications
• The last checkpoint is final sign off to go live
